In January 2024, former Chief of Staff to then-Majority Leader Tasha Diaz submitted a complaint to the New York State Division of Human Rights. On March 18, 2024, a response to this complaint was delivered by the law firm, Harris Beach on behalf of Diaz and the City of Yonkers.
This FOIL request seeks that response letter and any associated documents sent to the NYS Division of Human Rights.
