FOIL Request Details

Good morning, Ms. Bisesi,

I submitted a FOIL request via the website, but I am also duplicating that request here in case the site fails to successfully transmit the request.

Per the City of Yonkers official calendar, the Board of Ethics met on March 20, 2024 at 5:30pm in the Mayor's Conference Room at City Hall. I am requesting the minutes of that meeting.

There was an item passed by the City Council recently to make these minutes immediately public. Has that taken effect? If so, where would those minutes be posted?
I understand that the meeting was just last night so it will take a couple of days for the redactions. I'm just being proactive.

The portions of the record which have been redacted are redacted pursuant to Public Officers Law Section 103 which states “Every meeting of a public body shall be open to the general public, except that an executive session of such body may be called and business transacted thereat.”
