Via the New York Freedom of Information Law, I am requesting the financial disclosure statements for Mayor Mike Spano for the fiscal years 2021 and 2022. As these disclosures are submitted to the Board of Ethics, the Law Department should be in possession of them as it has oversight of that Board. Thank you.

In response to your FOIL request please for the 2021 and 2022 financial disclosure statement of Mayor Spano, please find the attached 2021 and 2022 financial disclosure forms. Please be advised that the documents were redacted pursuant to Public Officers Law Section 87(2)(b) which enables an agency to withhold records that “if disclosed would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.” As such, the names of family members and their places of employment that are not with the City of Yonkers have been redacted.
